The first ever Hyundai's Plug-In Hybrid will go on sale in the summer, starting at around $35,000. Compared to the regular version, the hybrid one doesn't reveal drastic visual changes.
According to Hyundai, the all-new plug-in hybrid will be available with two trim levels, SEL and Limited. Generally, most of visual upgrades will happen inside, and SEL is getting Hyundai's latest 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and very responsive 8.0-inch infotainment screen. The Santa Fe plug-in hybrid uses a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a 12.4-kWh battery pack and an electric motor. Alongside this version, the manufacturer will also introduce the regular hybrid model.
